The exposition of the art collection is placed in four spaces and exhibits the works of famous artists of Lithuanian diaspora - Adomas Galdikas, Vytautas Kašuba, Vytautas Ignas, Albinas Elskas, Viktoras Vizgirda, Romas Viesulas, Pranas Gailius, Vytautas Kazimieras Jonynas, Stasys Eidrigevičius, Vaclovas Ratas, Juozas Bagdonas – and works of other artists living (or have lived) in Lithuania: painters Valentinas Ajauskas, Rimas Z. Bičiūnas, Jonas Daniliauskas, Leonardas and Simas Gutauskai, Vincas Kisarauskas, Aloyzas Stasiulevičius, Sofija Veiverytė, graphic artists Birutė Stančikaitė, Algimantas Švažas, Arvydas Každailis, Rimtas Tarabilda, Domicelė Tarabildienė, Mikalojus Vilutis, sculptor Asta Vasiliauskaitė and others.

With the effort and funds of Beatričė Kleizaitė-Vasaris the catalogue of the art collection of the gallery was published in 2016 (254 pages) which presented all authors of the collection, their works and historical art context.

As the exhibitions of professional art were being held the gallery started close cooperation with Lithuanian diaspora art fund, Lewben Art Foundation, Lithuanian Art Museum, National M.K. Čiurlionis Museum, Dusetos Art Gallery, Chicago Čiurlionis Gallery, Rietavas Oginski Museum, Culture History Museum and other institutions.
